GymEG برنامج بتستخدمه الجيمات في مصر عشان تدير الاشتراكات والتحصيل والحضور. الصفحة دي بتوضح إحنا بنحفظ إيه، وليه، وفين، ولحد إمتى.

١. أصحاب الجيمات والموظفين

• لما صاحب الجيم يسجّل: اسمه، ورقم موبايله، وإيميله، وكلمة مرور بنحفظها مشفّرة تشفير باتجاه واحد، يعني محدش يقدر يقراها ولا إحنا.
• لو سجّل أو دخل بجوجل: جوجل بيدّينا رقم حسابه وإيميله واسمه بس، ومش بناخد أي حاجة تانية من حسابه.
• حسابات الموظفين: الاسم واسم المستخدم وكلمة مرور مشفّرة، والجيم هو اللي بيعملها.
• سجل الدخول وسجل العمليات اللي في حساب الجيم (مين عمل إيه وإمتى). عنوان الشبكة بيتحفظ مشفّر، مش زي ما هو.

٢. أعضاء الجيم

الجيم هو اللي بيدخّل بيانات أعضائه وبيحدد يسجّل إيه: الاسم والموبايل، واختياري السن أو تاريخ الميلاد، والنوع، وعرف الجيم منين، وملاحظات، وملاحظات صحية، ورقم للطوارئ، وصورة؛ ومعاهم اشتراكاتهم ومدفوعاتهم وزياراتهم.

البيانات دي بتاعة الجيم. إحنا بنحفظها عشان نشغّل الخدمة للجيم وبس: مش بنبيعها، ومش بنستخدمها لأي غرض تاني، ومش بنكلّم أعضاء الجيم بنفسنا. الرسايل للأعضاء بيبعتها الجيم من الواتساب بتاعه هو.

٣. اللي بيجرّبوا الجيم التجريبي

الاسم والموبايل اللي بيتكتبوا في فورم التجربة، عشان نتابع معاهم بخصوص GymEG.

٤. بيانات جوجل

بنستخدم اللي جوجل بيدّيهولنا عشان الدخول بس. استخدام GymEG للمعلومات اللي بتيجي من واجهات جوجل ملتزم بسياسة بيانات المستخدمين لخدمات Google API، ومن ضمنها شروط الاستخدام المحدود. مش بنشاركها مع حد ومش بنستخدمها في إعلانات.

٥. البيانات متخزّنة فين، ومين بيساعدنا

• البرنامج شغال على Vercel وقاعدة البيانات على Supabase، الاتنين في فرانكفورت في الاتحاد الأوروبي.
• إيميلات التسجيل بتتبعت عن طريق Resend.
• الدخول بجوجل بيمر على جوجل، لو اخترته.
• إشعارات الموبايل بتعدّي على خدمة الإشعارات بتاعة المتصفح (Apple أو Google أو Mozilla).

٦. الكوكيز

بنستخدم بس اللي البرنامج محتاجه عشان يشتغل: جلسة الدخول، وكوكيز قصيرة أثناء الدخول بجوجل، وشكل الصفحة (فاتح أو غامق)، ودولة الصفحات العامة. مفيش أدوات إعلانات ولا تتبّع. قياسات سرعة الصفحات مفيهاش أي بيانات شخصية.

٧. بنحتفظ بالبيانات لحد إمتى

• الحضور والزيارات: ٣ شهور، إلا لو الجيم سجّل سبب يخليه يحتفظ بيها أكتر.
• سجل العمليات: ٥ سنين.
• طلبات التسجيل اللي ما اتأكدتش: بتتمسح بعد ٧ أيام من انتهاء الرابط.
• سجلات المزامنة الفنية: ٩٠ يوم. قياسات سرعة الصفحات: ١٤ يوم.
• بيانات الجيم وأعضائه: طول ما الجيم بيستخدم GymEG. الجيم يقدر ينزّل نسخة كاملة من بياناته في أي وقت، حتى لو اشتراكه وقف، ويقدر يطلب مننا نمسح حسابه.
• لما عضو يتمسح، بيانات هويته بتتشال، والسجلات المالية بتفضل من غير ما توصل لشخصه.

٨. الأمان

كلمات المرور متخزّنة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد، وبيانات كل جيم منفصلة عن غيره جوه قاعدة البيانات نفسها، والاتصال بـ GymEG بيكون عن طريق HTTPS.

٩. حقوقك

لو انت عضو في جيم وعايز تصحّح بياناتك أو تمسحها، كلّم الجيم بتاعك، أو كلّمنا. ولو انت صاحب جيم، تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تمسح حسابك.

١٠. التغييرات والتواصل

لو غيّرنا الصفحة دي هنحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق، والتغييرات المهمة هنقولها لأصحاب الجيمات جوه البرنامج. للتواصل: واتساب +20 120 477 2704.

GymEG is software that gyms in Egypt use to run memberships, payments and attendance. This page explains what we keep, why, where, and for how long.

1. Gym owners and staff

• When a gym owner signs up: their name, mobile number, email address, and a password that we store only as a one-way hash, which nobody, including us, can read.
• If they sign up or sign in with Google, Google gives us their account ID, email address and name, and nothing else from their account.
• Staff accounts: a name, a username and a hashed password, set up by the gym.
• Sign-in records and the activity log of the gym's account (who did what, and when). Network addresses are stored only in hashed form.

2. A gym's members

The gym enters its members' details and decides what to record: name and mobile number and, optionally, age or date of birth, gender, how they heard of the gym, notes, health notes, an emergency contact and a photo; along with their memberships, payments and visits.

This data belongs to the gym. We keep it only to provide the service to the gym: we do not sell it, use it for anything else, or contact a gym's members ourselves. Messages to members are sent by the gym from its own WhatsApp.

3. Demo visitors

The name and mobile number entered on the demo form, so we can follow up about GymEG.

4. Google user data

We use what Google provides only to sign people in. GymEG's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share it, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Where data is kept, and who helps us

• The application runs on Vercel and the database on Supabase, both in Frankfurt, in the European Union.
• Sign-up emails are sent through Resend.
• Google provides sign-in, when you choose it.
• Phone notifications pass through the browser maker's push service (Apple, Google or Mozilla).

6. Cookies

Only what the application needs to work: the sign-in session, short-lived cookies during Google sign-in, the page theme (light or dark) and the country of the public pages. There are no advertising or tracking tools. Page-speed readings carry no personal information.

7. How long we keep data

• Attendance and visits: 3 months, unless the gym records a reason to keep them longer.
• The activity log: 5 years.
• Sign-ups that were never confirmed: deleted 7 days after their link expires.
• Technical sync records: 90 days. Page-speed readings: 14 days.
• A gym's and its members' data: for as long as the gym uses GymEG. The gym can download a complete copy at any time, even after its subscription ends, and can ask us to delete its account.
• When a member is erased, their identity is removed, and financial records are kept without anything that leads back to them.

8. Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, each gym's data is kept apart from every other gym's inside the database itself, and connections to GymEG use HTTPS.

9. Your rights

If you are a member of a gym and want your details corrected or deleted, ask your gym, or contact us. If you own a gym, you can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted.

10. Changes and contact
