The device turns a member away if
the saved list is more than a day old, the membership has ended, the visits have run out, or the member already came in today on a once-a-day plan.
Mistakes are reversed, not erased.
A payment recorded by mistake stays in the log, struck through, with the reason and who reversed it written beside it. No discount without a written reason. Members can pay by card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or cash.
Every payment carries the name of whoever received it and the time. The financial report is calculated from the transactions themselves, and downloads as Excel or PDF.

Install GymEG on your phone without an app store. You get a notification when a member who owes money comes in, and when the door rejects check-ins recorded without internet.
iPhone
Open GymEG in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. Open it from the icon and turn on notifications in Settings.
Android and computer
In Settings, press “Install GymEG”, or choose “Install app” from the browser menu.
